Snow!!!

Our first snow this year! And it lasted exactly one day.

Snow - another thing I can eat?! yes!

I'm obviously more excited than Lucas.

So I remember the camera, but the batteries die immediately.

Superbowl Party at la casa de Gordon y Jeni!

This is Lucas' girlfriend, Jeni. He absolutely ADORES her.
I can't remember what happened here, but I'm sure it involves spit up.

Oh, how time flies!
Here's a photo from Jeni babysitting Lucas for the first time.
I think he threw up on her then too.
(Hank's a little jealous).

Ground Hog predicts a toof

So I see a speck. A tiny speck. Then I feel Lucas' gums... He's cut his first tooth on Groundhog's Day! And at our next feeding, he tests it -- ouch, dang it! I didn't expect this until the 7th month, but it's exciting!

And it worked out that I just had ordered him Sophie, this wonderful natural rubber non-toxic teething giraffe made in the French Alps (which makes it the most expensive toy I've bought him yet). He loves her and I highly recommend it to all my natural mama friends. Not only is it safe, but it is the only toy that he can make squeak on his own!
